1. Who we are

CodyCody is a product and trading name of Software Secrets ("we", "us"), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 62737066. We provide the CodyCody workflow engine and workflow packages via codycody.nl. You can reach us at wim@codycody.nl.

2. Purchases and merchant of record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as merchant of record for every order. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing and VAT. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment transaction; these terms apply to the use of the software.

3. License grant

The engine license is a yearly subscription granting one organisation the right to run the CodyCody engine on its own infrastructure, for any number of internal users and agents, including all updates released during the subscription period. Access to downloads ends when the subscription ends.

Workflow packages are one-time purchases granting one organisation a perpetual right to use the package with a licensed engine, including updates to that package.

The everything bundle is a yearly subscription combining the engine license with all workflow packages published during the subscription period.

4. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell or publicly host the engine or packages for third parties, remove license notices, or use the software to build a directly competing product.

5. Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew yearly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy for refunds.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
