Who we are

CodyCody is a product and trading name of Software Secrets (KvK 62737066), the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

What we collect

We collect your email address when you create an account or make a purchase, and we keep records of your purchases and subscriptions so we can give you access to what you bought. We store when download links are created and used, for security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies; a session cookie is set only when you sign in.

Processors we use

• Paddle — payment processing as merchant of record (receives your billing details directly).
• Resend — sends sign-in and transactional email.
• Neon — database hosting (EU region).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Cloudflare — file storage for your downloads.

Retention

Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your account exists, plus what Dutch tax law requires for transaction records (7 years).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. Email wim@codycody.nl and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
