How to request one

Email contact@codycody.nl within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued by Paddle (our merchant of record) to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Your license and download access for the refunded item end immediately.

Renewals

Subscription renewals qualify for the same 14-day window. You can cancel an upcoming renewal at any time from the receipt email or by contacting us.
